Can I choose the wines for each order myself?

While we provide you with suggestions for wines we believe you'll love, GRAPE Minds grants you complete control over the wines you receive. Once your recommendations are ready, you have the option to add or exchange any wine from our extensive selection.

Can I change my plan after I sign up?

You have the freedom to adjust your membership plan whenever you desire. Log into your account and find the "Manage Membership" option under the Membership Information section. Select the plan you wish to enroll in and click "Change Plan" to confirm the update.

Can I give the wine membership as a gift?

Yes, you can give a pre-paid membership. Visit our Gift page to purchase. From here, the recipient will be able to set their own delivery information and flavor preferences, making it the ultimate wine-drinker’s dream.

What if I don’t want an order this month?

GRAPE Minds offers flexibility to manage your wine deliveries on your own terms. To skip an upcoming order, log in to your account and click "View Drop" in the Wine Tracker at the top of the page. Find the "Quick Options" section to either reschedule your order to the following week or skip the month altogether. 

When will I be charged for my order?

You will receive a preview of your order on Monday evening every four weeks. Then, you can customize, skip, pause, or cancel. 24 hours later, your card will be charged. At this moment, all the wines will be packed and ready for delivery/pick-up at your assigned window.

Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Yes. If you wish to cancel your membership, you can do so by visiting your account and selecting the "Manage Plan" option under the Account Information section. At the bottom of the screen, select "Pause/Cancel Plan." Provide the necessary information, so we can set your account to the appropriate status according to your request.
